When you join our waitlist or fill in a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and city you give us, along with any answers you provide to optional questions such as whether you currently drive an electric vehicle.

When you submit a lead form inside Instagram or Facebook, Meta passes us the same fields. Some of those fields may be filled in automatically by Meta from your account. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.

When you browse this site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or advertisement that referred you. We use the Meta Pixel and a Google tag for this. These place cookies and similar identifiers on your device.

When you contact us by email, phone or social media, we keep the contents of that correspondence and your contact details.

We collect this information because you chose to give it to us. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us at the address at the bottom of this page, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

Service providers who operate the tools we use to store waitlist entries and send email on our behalf (such as secure cloud database infrastructure and transactional email delivery providers). They may only use the information to provide that service to us.

Meta Platforms and Google, in connection with the advertising and analytics tools described above.

Anyone we are legally required to share it with. If we receive a lawful order, summons, or a request from a government authority or law enforcement agency acting within its powers, we may disclose information to the extent the law requires. Where we are permitted to tell you about such a request, we will.

A buyer or successor, if the business or the relevant part of it is sold or merged. Your information would remain subject to a policy no less protective than this one.

Waitlist information is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure with restricted role-based access. We keep it for as long as you remain on the waitlist and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Email the address below and we will act on it. We aim to respond within thirty days. We may need to verify who you are before making changes.

You can also control advertising cookies through your browser settings, through your Meta ad preferences, and through Google's ad settings.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to it to the people who need it to do their work. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
